Reduce belly fat

If you want to reduce abdominal fat, you must establish a diet rich in both protein and milk. This is an effective way to reduce the belly, according to research funded by the Dairy Association of Canada and published in the September issue of the journal «Journal of Nutrition».
The researchers compared the diet of three groups of overweight women just before menopause: followed low, middle and high intake of dairy products combined with high or low amounts of protein and carbohydrates. Moreover, these women followed workout that included aerobic exercise five times a week and lifting weights twice a week for four months.
