Prevention from dehydration

A person needs an average intake of 2 to 4 liters of fluid / day to not to be dehydrated. The point is clear: not only liquid water.
To meet the daily needs in addition to liquid water, which is surely the first choice, they can contribute and fluids with caffeine including coffee, tea and caffeinated soft drinks.
