Milk

The milk is good, they tell us all. But in a nice glass of milk there is only so much health or hides the other?This question gave an answer, researchers at the University of Jaen , Spain, led by Evaristo Ballesteros and authors of a study published in the 'Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry'. The results are not as reassuring as it traces were detected in milk by 20 chemical compounds, including antibiotics, growth hormones and other substances used for animals. The scientists took samples of milk from cows of Spain and Morocco, for example by detecting traces of niflumic acid, mefenamic, and ketoprofen, in addition to sex hormones The experts have developed an innovative method that can accurately detect contaminants in milk. This allows laboratories to control the quality of food could identify such substances before the products entering the food chain.
