Germany :E-cigarette nicotine liquids ban?

The bottles with nicotine content, so-called (liguids) fall in the opinion of the Minister of Health in NRW Germany under the Medicines Act. Will therefore need special authorization, which currently the Companies that are selling the E-cigarettes Liquids don’t have. The E-Cigarette liquids  Seller must now reckon with money and even imprisonment if they continue to sell the nicotine-containing liquids, despite the ban .
Nicotine-free cartridge and e-cigarettes without nicotine are not affected by this measure.
